Equipment is picked up at our warehouse in Miami or Houston (FOB Price).
Equipment cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
Reservation/deposit payments are non-refundable if the purchase is not completed. The reservation/deposit is valid for 30 days. If payment is not completed within that period, the reservation/deposit will be deemed expired and the buyer will not be able to make any claim.
If shipped to an address at the customer’s request, Pampa System Corp is not responsible for damage or problems with the companies that carry out home deliveries by courier or package delivery service.
In the event of possible failures, the customer must contact the company and the necessary replacement part will be sent according to each case.
The devices (depending on each model) have CE certification suitable for sale in the European Community and FDA. Additional certifications or use permits in each country, if any, are the buyer’s responsibility.
Pampa System Corp is a distribution company. The quality and operation of the equipment is the full responsibility of the manufacturer.
Equipment has a 1 (one) year warranty; some models specify 2 (two) years; on the equipment, NOT on moving parts.
The warranty does NOT COVER: Damage caused by improper use of the equipment. Damage or malfunction of the equipment’s heads, handpieces and accessories. Damage to accessories or external parts of the equipment, under any circumstances. Damage caused by handling, intervention or disassembly of the equipment by any unauthorized person.
Damage caused by the adoption and installation of parts or accessories other than the originals.
Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, public disorder or as a consequence thereof, voltage fluctuation in the electrical power due to external factors attributable or not to the warranty holder.
Damage caused by any foreign substance inside or outside the equipment. Damage caused by high temperatures, excessive humidity, very high or very low atmospheric pressure and any other damage caused to the equipment due to the buyer’s failure to comply with the seller’s recommendations regarding the environmental conditions in which the equipment must be stored and used.
Handling and shipping costs are borne by the buyer. In all cases the buyer will bear 100% of the round-trip shipping costs.
Pampa System Corp is not responsible for loss of profit when the equipment must be repaired and is out of use.
Pampa System Corp only carries out promotion and sales based on what each manufacturer provides and has no responsibility for promotional materials and possible similarities between different brands.
Pampa System Corp is NOT responsible for the misuse or inappropriate use of each piece of equipment, nor is it responsible for damage caused to oneself or to third parties by the use of the equipment or any of its parts.
